Mr.Muruganandam, Corporate Chef, Sangam Group of Hotels, participated in the INDIAN FEDERATION OF CULINARY ASSOCIATION – 7TH INTERNATIONAL CHEF CONFERENCE in New Delhi from 1st Sep 2017 to 3rd Sep 2017. The conference was hosted at Pullman Hotel Aerocity, New Delhi.

The 3 days event witnessed over 1000 chefs from India & abroad. Members from countries like Romania, Jakarta, Magnolia, United States of America, Europe, Sri Lanka, Middle East and the United Kingdom were present in the event. The event presented an entire range of knowledge dispersion from seminars to selections for International Shoulder Session, National Culinary Exhibition, Margarine Carving Contests, and the Bocuse d’Or all India selection with around 40 eminent speakers.

The IFCA's biennial conference is a unique culinary event hosted to celebrate the most enterprising chefs of the country. IFCA aims to develop the culinary profession and promote culinary tourism even as it continuously scaled up Indian cuisine on the Global platform. The event served as an ideal platform for the nation’s enterprising and enthusiastic culinary professionals to update themselves on the current path breaking trends that are taking over India. The event also focused on pushing the name of Indian food to the historical heritage.

This year Hotel Pullman also hosted a gala dinner for all delegates after the National Awards Ceremony celebrating hard working and dynamic chefs of India who have contributed to the culinary industry as a whole.
